The Uprooted photo book documents the lives and spaces of home owners living on land soon to belong to large housing developers. Each property owner and their respective land pictured has a unique story and profound connection to the property they live on. Expansion of suburban housing developments has forced these owners to sell their land and leave the lives they formed there behind. Their houses will be demolished and their farmlands, leveled. The residents of these condemned houses and farmlands live out the duration of their time with their terminal homesteads.
